Dynamics Associates was founded in 1987 by President and CEO, Scott Grossman. The firm was established in order to help clients in the financial services industry find top-tier candidates while also providing candidates with challenging and rewarding opportunities. In recent years, Dynamics established an alternative investments division. The need for this division was a direct result of the rapid growth of accounting, operations, and compliance positions within the alternative investments space (hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, etc.). We excel in establishing personal relationships with all of our candidates. Our convenient location gives us a unique ability to properly assess the skills and qualifications of each potential candidate by personally meeting each candidate we submit to our clients.

After graduating from Siena College with a BS in Marketing Management, Brandon began his career in financial operations working for a well-known family office. In 2007, he moved into executive recruiting where he built a brand for himself by expanding his client base within the industry. As a Managing Director, he helps run the finance and accounting practice while expanding the firm's client base through business development.
Scott founded Dynamics Associates in 1987. His vision was to establish a recruiting firm that would achieve more than just placing candidates. He desired to create a company that would identify top-tier professionals within the financial services industry and offer them challenging and rewarding opportunities. Over the past 28 years, he has played a vital role in helping the firm expand into the success that it has become today.
President and CEO
Sal has been with Dynamics since the fall of 1996. Having spent his entire career with Dynamics, Sal has been a staple of the firm’s success and growth. As a Managing Director, Sal has been able to expand the firm’s financial services practice with a focus on internal audit, risk management, valuations and controlling. Sal has been able to build and maintain some of Dynamics’ most prestigious clients during his tenure. His ability to provide accurate and purposeful market intelligence in all areas of finance has distinguished Sal from his competitors.
With over ten years of experience in both mortgage derivative sales and recruiting, Dawn is able to use her expertise to lead the alternative investments division at our firm. Outside of Dynamics, Dawn holds a Masters in Counseling from NYU and is also a world traveler, marathon runner and yoga teacher.
Head of Alternative Investments
Lisa serves as a career coach with a focus on hiring and placing for the Investment Banking Industry as well as the Alternative Investment space. Lisa is also fluent in Russian and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
Senior Executive Recruiter
Thomas graduated from Wagner College with his Bachelor’s degree and is a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Upon graduating, he began his career in executive recruitment with Dynamics Associates. Thomas has found success in attracting top talent & valued clients in the financial services field with his profound knowledge of the industry and robust relationship building skills.
Senior Executive Recruiter
Michael graduated from St. Michael’s College with a BS in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance. During his college career, he played NCAA Division II Baseball. He has strong communication skills and his passion for the financial services industry is ever growing. His knowledge of hiring trends on Wall Street make him a subject matter expert in the recruiting space.
Glenna has a wealth of experience in recruiting. Her career began in IT and eventually transitioned to financial services. She received her BS from Cornell University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
Gianna graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. During her college career, she worked as a hostess which helped her to realize her love for working with people. Her goal is to always provide her candidates with valuable career advice through her strong communication skills and professional relationships.
Nicolette graduated from Iona College with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. While she actively pursued her degree, she also interned at Indeed. com where she enhanced her communication skills and client relationships. This experience translates into her newly found success at Dynamics.
While receiving her BBA in Marketing from Baruch College, Francesca served as a social media marketer at two marketing firms. Here at Dynamics, Francesca designs and implements our marketing strategy while also supervising internal teams on digital and social media marketing plans.
